The Lake City Police Department serves and protects the community of  Lake City, Pa. LCPD is committed to provide the highest degree of  law enforcement services to the community. Through patrols, traffic enforcement, emergency response and public service LCPD maintains a safe environment for the residents and visitors of Lake City.

   LCPD received three grants to purchase new equipment. The grant money was used to purchase vehicle cameras, bullet proof vests and computer equipment. This equipment will help provide better protection to the community and officers.

When burning remember:

1. There is no burning on Sunday or Monday.

2. No burning on public streets.

3. No burning garbage.

4. No fires can't emit noxious fumes, gasses, or odors.

5. All fire must be contained and watched.

6. Burning is permitted only between sunrise and sunset.

7. No fires shall be closer than 15 feet of any building or property line.
