The
Lake City Fire Company Auxiliary
The LCFC Firefighters
Auxiliary is a group of volunteers who support the fire company by
providing food and refreshments at or after a emergency call.(Fire, MVA,
Rescue, other lengthy times exposed to elements) The group relies on
community donations during their annual fund drive, monthly dinners, and
other concessions and raffles to raise the money needed to provide their
services to the firefighters. The auxiliary has also helped in the past
to offset the cost of equipment and remodeling expenses.
The auxiliary is always
looking for new members. If you have some free time and would like to
help support the firefighters of Lake City, please stop by a monthly
meeting held on the second Wednesday of every month or call the fire
company at 774-4402 to get more information.
