Mission and
Response of the Lake City Fire Company
The mission of the Lake City Fire
Company is to protect the lives and property of the citizens and visitors
of the Lake City Community by providing the highest possible levels of service
through fire prevention, public education, fire suppression, emergency medical
services, rescue operations, and mitigation of the effects of natural and man-made disasters. The
Lake City Fire Company is a 100% volunteer organization. The fire company is
made up of about 25 volunteers who donate their time to train for and respond to
an
emergency.
